New Delhi: Haryana Steelers showcase their dominant performance in the ongoing PKL tournament. They comfortably defeated Tamil Thalaivas in the Noida Indoor Stadium on November 29, Friday. Haryana defeated Thalaivas with a scoreline of 42-30 and comfortably sitting on top of the points table.
With the win against Thalaivas, Haryana have 61 points and the second team in the table just have 48 points, which shows the dominance of Haryana’s performance in PKL 11. Shivam Patre made a High-5 and Vinay scored 9 points in the match.
Haryana was leading in the match from the start but the first half was very slow as both teams finished the first half with a score line of 13-10. Both teams paced in the second half but Thalaiva’s struggle in the tournament continues.

In the second match of the night, Puneri Paltan edge past Gujarat Giants in a thriller. Paltan beat Giants 34-33 and moved to third position in the points table. Paltan were trailing in the match from the start but in the clutch moments, they crushed the Giants.
The giants were almost out of the contention of PKL playoffs with a loss against Paltan. Whereas, Paltan held a strong position in the points table. Paltan’s skipper Akash Shinde made a Super 10 in the match and commanded his team to a thriller win. This win was important for Paltan as they were in seventh position before the match.
