New Delhi: Motivational speaker and Civil services coaching teacher Avadh Ojha joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday. Talking about Net Worth, teacher-turned-politician Ojha has assets worth crores and a major part of this is the income that comes from coaching. He also earns money through his YouTube channel and social media platforms.
Avadh Ojha is from Gonda in Uttar Pradesh. He has a significant fan following among the students and is popular by the name of Ojha Sir. Besides teaching UPSC aspirants, he is also a motivational speaker.
According to reports, the estimated net worth of Avadh Ojha is around Rs 11 crore. Ojha’s major income comes from the coaching centres run by him. Avadh Ojha Classes website mentions that the fees for UPSC GS Foundation course is Rs 90,000 with GST if deposited online, Rs 1,60,000 if deposited offline. Awadh Ojha’s father was a postmaster and his mother was a lawyer by profession. His dream was to become an IAS officer by clearing UPSC, however, he was not able to clear the country’s most coveted exam. Avadh Ojha started his first UPSC coaching centre in 2005 in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi.

After joining AAP in the presence of party chief Arvind Kejriwal and senior leader Manish Sisodia, Ojha said he is aligned with party’s ideology and focused on the future of children.
“I want to thank Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia to give me a chance to work in the field of education in politics,” Ojha said after joining the party.
“AAP is doing work in the field of education and Ojha’s joining the party will strengthen efforts to strengthen education and “ultimately our nation will be strengthened”, Kejriwal said.
