New Delhi: Team India will face Australia in the first women’s ODI on Thursday, December 5. The Women in Blue will head into the tour after a brilliant 2-1 ODI series victory against New Zealand at home.
The first ODI of the three-match series will take place at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane. Both teams last faced each other in ODIs earlier this year in January and Australia won that match by 190 runs. The ODI series will be an important assignment for both teams as they look to prepare for next year’s Women’s ODI World Cup.
