Mohammed Siraj gives Travis Head fiery send-off after cleaning him up – WATCH

New Delhi: Mohammad Siraj activated aggressive mode after dismissing Travis Head in the second Test match at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on December 7, Saturday. Head was again giving headache to the Indian team as he made 140 runs in 141 balls.

Head started the counter-attack against Indian bowlers from the start of his innings. This was also the fastest pink-ball hundred in Test cricket. He came to the crease after the dismissal of Steve Smith and put pressure on the Indian team.

Head started Siraj’s over with a boundary and hit a massive six in the third ball of his over. Siraj bowled a lethal yorker after conceding the six and cleaned up Head with a yorker.

After dismissal, Siraj and Head were involved in a heated argument. Head couldn’t bring his bat down against Siraj’s nailing yorker. Head was walking off with applause from the crowd but Siraj gave a fiery send-off to Head after his magnificent century.

Head made his century in just 111 balls and it was his eighth Test century in his career. At the dinner break, Australia have taken 152 run lead but they have only two wickets left in the first innings.

Before the verbal exchange with Mohammed Siraj, Head celebrated his fastest pink-ball hundred in an iconic style. Head pulled a ‘baby celebration’ after his historic ton. He dedicated his century to his newborn baby, who is present in the stadium.

After completing the ton, Head gestured the baby’s celebration with his bat and looked towards his wife and young baby. After the gesture, Head removed his helmet and placed his bat’s handle on the helmet, and lifted the helmet. It was the trademark century celebration
