WATCH! Rico Lewis gets sent off against Crystal Palace after a controversial foul

New Delhi: Manchester City drop points away from home yet again, and there were some controversies that brewed up in the 84th minute of the game, which went on even after the final whistle. When City went down 2-1 in the game, it was Rico Lewis who scored with an emphatic finish to draw City level in the 68th minute. However, the youngster went from hero to zero just a few minutes later as he received his second yellow, which eventually led to him leaving the field in the final few minutes of the game, leaving City with 10 men on the field.

Fans around the globe are talking about this tackle by Lewis, who caught Trevoh Chalobah of Crystal Palace, but it seemed like his toe was under Chalobah’s foot, making it look like Lewis, rather getting caught by the Palace defender. However, due to the fact that it didn’t cost City to either concede a goal makes this situation look rather less controversial. However, with only 20 players available for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side, the absence of Rico Lewis will hurt the struggling side even more.
