In the 37th minute, right-back Lamptey cut back onto his left and, with incredible poise, found the top-left corner from outside the box to round off a strong first half.
Although there was a brief pause in the game, the traveling Seagulls attempted to rally when substitute Minteh sprinted onto a hopeful ball and scored what seemed to be the game-winning goal in the 79th minute. But Van Nistelrooy’s side simply refused to back down. Veteran Vardy took the lead and put the ball in the bottom-right corner in the 86th minute. He then provided a fantastic assist to De Cordova-Reid in the 91st minute to bring the score back to even. Brighton are ranked seventh in the table, while the Foxes are ranked sixteenth now.

Ipswich had a painful end to the game against Bournemouth in front of their own fans, as they lost the match in the dying moments to drop points. Enes Unal’s header negated Conor Chaplin’s sweeping finish, and Dango Ouattara scored the game-winning goal deep into stoppage time, but the first Premier League home victory was just moments away. Given that Leicester also drew, Keiran McKenna’s team took a step further from safety.
Bournemouth after a slow start, managed to get their chances and boy did they deserve the win there, as they kept their energy levels up and managed to pull off their third consecutive Premier League win. Thanks to their 2-1 victory, Bournemouth are chasing European positions at an alarming pace, while Ipswich supporters will have to continue their search for their first home victory of the season.

After a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage, Arsenal’s three-game winning streak came to an end as they were unable to overcome the hosts, Fulham. The final whistle was blown and it was pretty obvious that the home side was the happier one out of the two sides, as they managed to have just two shots on target all game. They did take the lead after Raul Jimenez managed to put the ball past David Raya to give Fulham a crucial lead. However, for the second consecutive game, William Saliba scored a goal from a skillfully executed corner routine which levelled the score for the visitors in the 52nd minute.
When Saka headed in Martinelli’s cross at the far post, he believed he had done it exactly two minutes from time. However, VAR spotted an offside in the build-up and condemned the Gunners to a point instead of the three they had come for. While Fulham drop to 10th place after looking at halftime as though they were headed for the lofty heights of fifth place in the Premier League, other results move Arsenal up to second place in the table, despite having played one more game than the teams around them and still behind Liverpool by six points.
