Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO has floated a book-built issue that is designed to mop up Rs 2,497.92 crores from the market. There is no OFS component and the issue consists of only 1.88 crore fresh shares. With major investor Rekha Jhunjhunwala backing it, the IPO has grabbed significant investor interest.
Today, Monday, December 16 is the last day of bidding for this company. The allotment of shares for Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO is supposed to take place on December 17. The listing will take place on both BSE and NSE on December 19, 2024.
Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO GMP
The Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO GMP (Grey Market Premium) stood at Rs 405 on December 15. It was also at that level on December 14. The GMP rose dramatically from the level of Rs 225 on December 8. Significantly, the GMP of Rs 405 indicates a listing gain of 30.47%. However, it must be kept in mind that GMP is only an unofficial gauge that does not guarantee anything – listing gain or loss. Despite this constraint, it is taken as a significant indicator by investors.
Each share of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO has been priced at Rs 1,265-Rs 1,329. For a retail investor the minimum lot size consists of 11 shares, which entails an application money of Rs 14,619. For sNII, the minimum lot size has 14 lots or 154 shares, which will cost an investor Rs 2,04,666. For bNII, the minimum investible lot has 759 shares which cost Rs 10,08,711.

By the second day of bidding, according to reports, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO was subscribed 2.66 times – 4.26 times in the retail segment, 1.89 times in QIB, 3.13 times in NII segment. Analyst Dilip Davda has assigned ‘apply’ rating to the Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO.
