Ventive Hospitality IPO shares will be listed on both BSE, NSE and the listing date has been tentatively fixed on Monday, December 30, 2024. The Ventive Hospitality IPO management has raised Rs 719 crore from anchor investors such as Government Pension Global Fund, Allspring Global Investment LLC, Quant Mutual Fund, JM Financial MF, SBI General Insurance Company and SBI Life Insurance Company.

It offers a bouquet of 2,036 rooms in different locations such as Maldives, Bengalurum Pune and Varanasi. The assets of the company are operated by global chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Minor and Atmosphere.
