New Delhi: The Pro Kabaddi League season 11 has entered the business end with the final week left for the league stage and there is only one spot left for the playoffs qualification. On Saturday, Dabang Delhi FC defeated two-time PKL champions Jaipur Pink Panthers 33-31 in a thrilling fashion as the match went down to the wire.
The last ride was a deciding factor as Arjun Deshwal was aiming to pick one or to touch points to avoid the defeat for his team as they were in one-point deficit. However, Rahul Kalirawna defied his efforts and pushed him out of the mat as Dabang Delhi picked crucial five points to move to the third position as the top six teams now battle for superior standings in the move to decide the playoffs fixtures.
In another match of the day, Patna Pirates held on Gujarat Giants for a 40-40 tie in what was the final league match for the Ankit Jaglan-led team. Devank Dalal continued his prolific run with his 18th Super 10 mark to lead the attack for the Patna outfit.

Patna Pirates have moved to the second point after claiming three points from their recent tie game against Gujarat Giants. Dabang Delhi KC are placed on the third place with 76 points and they also have to play one more league match. Jaipur Pink Panthers took one point from their recent loss against the Delhi franchise and will remain at the fifth position with 70 points.
