New Delhi: Tuesday marked an official ending to months of suspense and drama over the scheduling of the much-anticipated ICC Champions Trophy 2025. After an official confirmation for the hybrid model was released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) last week, the global governing body announced the schedule for the much-awaited tournament on December 24.
The eight-team event will begin on February 19 and Dubai in the UAE has been picked as the co-host along with Pakistan. The Dubai International Stadium will host the league fixtures of India after they refused to travel to the neighbouring nation for the tournament. If India storm into the knockouts of the tournament, then the final will be held in Dubai in place of Lahore.

The most-awaited clash of the Champions Trophy 2025 – the India vs Pakistan encounter will take place on February 23 in Dubai while India play their first game against Bangladesh on February 20. The Men in Blue will just play three league games and have been placed in Group A along side Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand.
