New Delhi: The shares of Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd and Indobell Insulation Ltd made their stock market debut on Monday. The Standard Glass stock listed with a premium of nearly 26 per cent against the issue price of Rs 140, and the shares of Indobell Insulation listed on the BSE and SME platforms at 90 per cent premium.
Shares of Indobell Insulation Ltd opened on BSE at Rs 87.4 per share, which is 90 per cent more than the issue price of Rs 46 per share. As soon as it was listed, the share price appreciated by 5 percent and it entered the upper circuit. The counter has given almost double the profit to investors from its issue price.
Standard Glass Lining share news
On BSE, Standard Glass Lining shares made their market debut at Rs 176 apiece, rallying 25.71 per cent from the issue price. At the NSE, it listed at Rs 172, up 22.85 per cent. The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 3,541.97 crore at around 2 pm, NSE data showed.
Standard Glass Lining Technology IPO received a huge 182.57 times subscription. The 410.05-crore IPO had a price band of Rs 133-140 per share. The company provides comprehensive solutions including design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning for the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
Indobell Insulation
The Rs 10.14 crore Indobell Insulation IPO opened for subscription from 6-8 January. It received an overwhelming response from investors. It fetched 54 times subscription. Bids were received for more than 11.34 crore shares against 20.94 lakh shares. It was subscribed 52.4 times in the RII category.
Indobell Insulation Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing a wide range of insulation products. The company produces high quality nodulated and mineral fiber nodules, prefabricated thermal insulation jackets and ceramic fiber.
