New Delhi: WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view has a rich history in WWE as 30 stars collided in a single match to etch their chances of winning the WWE World Championship at the grandest stage of WrestleMania.
Every year Royal Rumble gives fans a remembering night with the comeback of veteran WWE superstars in the ring and future stars, who impress everyone in the arena with their skills.
John Cena was the first superstar who confirmed his participation in the Royal Rumble 2025. He is eyeing his record-breaking 17th WWE World Championship reign. Cena returned to WWE for his farewell tour and featured in the first-ever WWE show on Netflix and announced his Royal Rumble comeback.
Cena hasn’t won a singles match since 2018 but he is a two-time Royal Rumble winner in 2008 and 2013. Following Cena’s announcement Paul Heyman also declared Roman Reigns’ participation in the Royal Rumble 2025.
WWE Undisputed champion Cody Rhodes won the previous year’s edition of Royal Rumble and then went on to main-event WrestleMania 40 and defeated Roman Reigns to capture the WWE Championship at the grandest stage of WWE.
The previous year’s runner-up CM Punk also confirmed for the Royal Rumble 2025 and currently, he is feuding with Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre, who also confirmed for the mega-event and it will be interesting to watch the trio’s rivalry in the Royal Rumble 2025.
Fans will eagerly wait for The Rock’s entrance in the Royal Rumble and according to the betting odds in the USA, The Rock is the favorite to win this year’s Royal Rumble.
