New Delhi: The Denta Water and Infra Solutions IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on January 27, 2025 (Monday). The initial share sale received 221.52 times subscriptions on the closing day of bidding on January 24. The NSE data showed that the public offer garnered bids for 1,16,29,62,200 shares against 52,50,000 shares on offer.
Denta Water IPO GMP stood at Rs 120 per equity share on January 27 morning. With the price band of Rs 294, the stock is expected to be listed at Rs 414 which indicated a listing gain of nearly 41 per cent, investorgain reported. It may be noted that grey market prices are not official figures.

The shares are expected to be credited to the demat accounts of eligible shareholders on January 28. The stock will list on BSE and NSE with a tentative date on January 29, 2025.
In its IPO papers filed with SEBI, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd IPO mentioned that the proceeds from the issue to the extent of Rs 150 crore will be utilised to meet working capital requirements, and a portion will be used for general corporate purposes.
Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd came into existence in 2016. It is one of the key players in the field of water engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services.
