UFC Saudi Arabia predictions: Top fighters to watch out for in Riyadh

New Delhi: The UFC is back om Saudi Arabia for their UFC Fight Night event at the ANB arena in Riyadh on February 1, Saturday. Former Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will go neck-to-neck against Nassourdine Imavov in the main event of the night.

Top fighters to watch out for in UFC Saudi Arabia:

1. Israel Adesanya

Israel Adesanya will be fighting for a non-title bout after six years in the UFC. He is headlining the UFC Saudi Arabia event and will eye to bounce back in the octagon after two consecutive championship bout losses.

For the first time, Adesanya is coming into a fight with two back-to-back losses. This will be an important fight for Adesanya to stay relevant in the middleweight division.

2. Sharaputdin Magomedov

Sharaputdin Magomedov better known as Shara Bullet will be in action against Michael Venom Page. This bout will be also in the middleweight division. Shara is currently the number 14 ranked fighter and will utilise his opportunity to make his entry into the top 10 rankings.

Shara is unbeaten in his UFC career and it will be tough for MVP to stop him. MVP will be fighting his third bout in the UFC and won his debut fight but lost his next fight.

3. Nassourdine Imavov

Imavov has a golden opportunity to beat the number-one ranked fighter and lead the race for next title contender for Middleweight division. Imavov is currently number five ranked fighter and his opponent Israel Adesanya is the number two ranked fighter.

If Imavov wins the fight against Adesanya then most probably he will be fighting for the middleweight title next as the champion Dricus Du Plessis will take on number one ranked Sean Strickland in the UFC 312 event.
