Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
    2 cups milk, 10 almonds (soaked & peeled), 2-3 saffron strands, 2 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Method:
    Blend almonds into a smooth paste. Boil milk and add saffron, almond paste, sugar, and cardamom. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.

2. Creamy Rose Falooda

  • Ingredients:
