New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 17th instalment of the PM-KISAN Scheme on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, entailing a Rs 2,000 payment to eligible farmer families which is paid every 4 months. Eligible farmer families can check their PM-KISAN beneficiary status on the official link. The latest instalment worth Rs 20,000 crore will benefit 9.26 crore farmer families.

How to check your PM-Kisan beneficiary status
If you are a registered PM Kisan farmer family, follow these steps to check your PM Kisan beneficiary status:
Visit: https://pmkisan.gov.in/beneficiarystatus_new.aspx
You will find a search bar requesting your registration number
Enter the same and validate with the Captcha code. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the same and proceed to the next page.
You can also check the beneficiary list by visiting the PM Kisna portal
Click in the Beneficiary list tab on the home page
Enter your state, tehsil, district, block and village details
Click on ‘Get Report’
The beneficiary list will be displayed
Reasons behind PM-Kisan beneficiary status claim rejection
If the beneficiary list does not mention your name, call the PM Kisan helpline number. Here are some reasons why your PM Kisan beneficiary status was rejected:
Duplicate beneficiary
Incomplete KYC
Farmers who form part of the exclusion criteria
Wrong IFSC code share by the beneficiary
Bank account, closed, blocked transferred or frozen
Aadhaar not seeded into bank account
If the bank name or post office name entered is invalidÍf the mandatory fields required were missing
If the beneficiary account fails to match the beneficiary code and scheme
If the beneficiary’s account and Aadhaar are invalid
