The designer shared details of the ensemble on his Instagram handle, revealing that the lehenga featured intricate Gujarati prints crafted on Banarasi brocade in a vibrant Rani pink colour. The ghaghra was made from 35 meters of Bandhej fabric, adorned with gold zardosi taar embroidery. A unique highlight of the lehenga was its borders, which were embroidered with a Maa Durga shloka, adding an ethereal touch to the outfit. The choli’s design, inspired by a vintage koti, complemented the traditional yet contemporary look perfectly.

Rhea Kapoor, Radhika’s stylist, revealed that these jewells belonged to Radhika’s mother, Shaila Merchant, who had worn them during her own Mameru ceremony, also known as the mausalu ceremony.
