New Delhi: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was all praise for India’s ace shooters Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh, who scripted history at the ongoing Paris 2024 Olympics. The ace duo clinched a bronze medal in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed event after edging past a formidable Korean team 16-10 in the bronze medal match. Bhaker and Sarabjot brought India’s second medal at the Paris Games and both have come in shooting.
Bhaker opened India’s account on Saturday, claiming a bronze medal in the women’s 10m Air Pistol Individual event and becoming the first Indian woman to win a shooting medal at the Olympics.
