New Delhi: The essence of a the legendary career of cricketer Yuvraj Singh is being captured in a movie as popular film producer Bhushan Kumar has announced a biopic on the life of the cricketer. The cricket sensation’s life from a prodigy to a World Cup hero and to cancer survivor is being adapted in a biopic film.
This comes after the success of a biopic on former India captain MS Dhoni and the hit movie ’83’ that showed India’s success at the ODI World Cup 1983 under the helm of Kapil Dev. The actor who will play the lead role of Yuvraj in the biopic is yet to be decided. Here’s a list of actors who could possibly feature in the upcoming movie.
Ranbir Kapoor
Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor could be the perfect fit to play the role of Yuvraj Singh in his upcoming biopic. Ranbir has previously starred in a biopic, where he portrayed the life of actor Sanjay Dutt, playing his role to perfection. His acting prowess which is rated at the top in Bollywood could make him the best choice for the role. Meanwhile, Yuvraj earlier admitted that Ranbir could fill in his shoes in the movie and would be the right fit.
Ayushmann Khurana
Hailing from Chandigarh, actor Ayushmann Khurana could be a potential actor who can be picked to represent Yuvraj in the biopic.
