Dhaka: As many as 50 people were injured after fresh clashes erupted between students and paramilitary personnel in Bangladesh‘s Dhaka on Sunday, August 25, the Daily Star reported.
As per the local Bangladeshi media, the clashes occurred at around 9:20 pm local time at Dhaka University after students gathered at the premises upon hearing that Ansar members, a paramilitary auxiliary force, had detained several students, including a student leader in the newly formed interim government.
