New Delhi: Nita Ambani made a breathtaking entrance at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) on Thursday, donning a striking red Patola saree. The occasion was the grand finale of Rajadhiraaj: Love, Life and Leela, an event at The Grand Theatre in Bandra Kurla Complex, which marked the culmination of the first-ever mega-musical dedicated to the life of Lord Krishna.
Nita Ambani’s saree, a Patola saree, hailed from Gujarat and showcased the intricate craftsmanship that these traditional garments are known for. The saree’s deep red hue, combined with the elegant yet subtle details on the pallu, captured the essence of luxury and heritage. Patola sarees are a timeless symbol of Gujarat’s rich weaving tradition, and Nita’s choice of attire paid a beautiful tribute to this craftsmanship.
Accompanying her was Mukesh Ambani, dressed in a classic kurta pyjama, making for a stunning duo. However, it was Nita Ambani’s saree that took centre stage.
To complement her striking saree, Nita Ambani opted for a blouse that featured an intricate Radha Krishna design on the back, staying in harmony with the event’s spiritual theme. Her jewellery – a statement necklace, earrings, and rings – added a regal touch to her overall appearance, along with her traditional potli bag.
Her makeup was kept understated yet elegant. A red bindi, nude eyeshadow, and a soft lipstick shade enhanced her natural beauty, while her hair, styled in a bun and adorned with flowers, completed the look of royalty.
