New Delhi: Pro Kabaddi League has been successful in the last decade and completed 10 years with becoming India’s second-best league after Indian Premier League (IPL). PKL fans have seen epic nine-point raids, super raids, and many more. The Raiders have made PKL more exciting and in every season viewership is increasing.

Top 3 Raiders in PKL history

Pardeep Narwal

Pardeep Narwal is the top raider in PKL history, he has played over 170 matches and has a total of 1690 raid points. Narwal is the first player to embark on 1000-raid points by a single player in the history of the sport. Narwal is known for his Dubki’s in the raids and fans gave him the nickname as ‘The Dubki King’. Narwal started his PKL journey with Bengaluru Bulls and debuted in the second season. His peak performance came with Patna Pirates where he made his name in the sport but his recent form is not so good. In the season 11 auction Bulls bought their star raider and Narwal joined his old team where he started his PKL journey.

Maninder Singh

The Bengal Warriorz captain Maninder Singh is the second most successful raider in the PKL history. He has 1428 raid points in just 143 matches. Maninder made his PKL debut in the inaugural season with Jaipur Pink Panthers where he made over 137 raid points with a 74% strike rate, but then he got injured and missed four consecutive PKL seasons and came back in the auction in season 5 where Bengal picked him and rest is history. In the season 11 auction, he was again bought by the Bengal team using an FBM card and will now again lead his side in the new season.

Pawan Sehrawat

The next successful raider in PKL is Pawan Sehrawat who has over 1189 raid points in just 126 matches. Sehrawat debut in the PKL season 3, he started his career with an average performance but after every season he was the most improved player in the PKL. His career took a high flying in season 6, he made over 300+ raid points in three back-to-back seasons.
