Belgium had the perfect start to their UEFA National League campaign as they managed to win comfortably in the first game, beating Israel 3-1, as Kevin De Bruyne starred the show with a wonderful brace.
Belgium have looked nowhere close to their best in recent major international campaigns as they faced disappointment during the Euros, crashing out early when their current opponents knocked them out of the tournament. They have had a good start and they will be looking to build up on that against a French side who lost their opening game against Italy. The French national side themselves have looked a bit dull, considering the quality of players and the depth they have in their squad.

They are the clear favourites to win this game against an Israel side who showed glimpses of confidence against Belgium on the opening matchday, but were blown away by Domenico Tedesco’s side. However, Israel do have the potential to upset a big side while Italy will be planning to get the job done with a statement victory to add to their points tally.
