This fashion show was part of the Sewa Pakhwada, a 15-day celebration running from September 17 to October 2, in honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 74th birthday.

Hosted at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai, the event paid tribute to PM Modi’s vision of ‘Sewa, Sahas, and Sanskriti’ (Service, Courage, and Heritage). Organised by the Indian Minorities Foundation, the event titled Namo Bharat: Walk for Courage, Walk for Service, and Walk for Heritage celebrated India’s rich heritage and honoured themes of survival, courage, and craftsmanship.

The Namo Bharat show elegantly highlighted India’s diverse textile heritage, showcasing traditional styles and fabrics that have been cherished through generations.
