New Delhi: Team India wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant made a stunning comeback to the cricket field earlier this year through IPL. Pant suffered a life-threatening car accident and remained on the sidelines for more than 20 months due to injuries.
He missed out on the 2023 IPL, ODI World Cup and many important series but returned to cricket in 2024 as a captain of Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL. As the build-up for the 2025 IPL mega auction has already started, Pant took to social media platform X and posted a tweet that left fans and DC owners sweating.
The DC skipper on late Friday wrote “If go to the auction. will I be sold or not and for how much??”. Fans on social media were shocked by his tweet and started guessing the amount he could bag in the mega auction.
