Mumbai: Sagility India IPO and ACME Solar Holdings IPO opened for subscription on November 5 and 6 respectively. While Sagility initial public offer will end on November 7, ACME IPO will close for subscription on November 8.
The initial public offer of renewable energy firm (ACME Solar Holdings) was launched with a price band of Rs 275 to Rs 289 per share. ACME Solar collected Rs 1,300 crore from anchor investors. Sagility India Ltd is a technology-enabled services provider in the healthcare space. The Sagility IPO has a price band of Rs 28-30 per share. The company mobilised over Rs 945 crore from anchor investors.
ACME Solar IPO GMP, subscription
ACME Solar IPO got subscribed 39 per cent on the first day. The NSE data revealed
that the IPO received bids for 2,27,05,659 shares against 5,82,03,223 shares on offer. The retail individual investors (RIIs) category fetched a subscription of 1.19 times, the non-institutional investors category attracted 32 per cent subscription, while 15 per cent subscription was recorded in the Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion.
As of early November 7 morning, ACME Solar Holdings IPO GMP stood at Rs. With the renewable energy firm’s price band fixed at the upper level of Rs 289, the shares are expected to be listed at Rs 294 per stock, according to Investorgain.com. The grey market price is indicating that the Acme Solar shares are likely to be listed with a 1.73 percent premium.
The Gurugram-based company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains utility-scale renewable energy projects through its in-house engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) division, and its operation and maintenance (O&M) team.
Sagility IPO GMP, subscription status
Sagility IPO received a 52 per cent subscription on day two of bidding on November 6. The NSE data showed that the initial share sale received bids for 20,09,58,500 shares against 38,70,64,594 shares on offer. The retail individual investors (RIIs) category received 2.24 times subscription, while non-institutional investors category garnered 24 percent subscription. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion got a 7 per cent subscription.
Investorgain reported that Sagility India IPO GMP was recorded at Rs 0.50 early November 7 morning. With the price band of Rs 30, Sagility India shares are likely to be listed on BSE and NSE at Rs 30.5, which is a gain percentage of 1.67 percent.
