How to check PAN card status?
One can check the status of the PAN card by sending an SMS of the 15-digit acknowledgement number to NSDL PAN on 57575. On the mobile number which is present in the PAN application form, the status of the PAN card application will be sent.
Checking PAN card status on NSDL website
Step 1: To check the status of PAN, first visit the official TIN NSDL website.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, you have to select the application type as ‘PAN – New/Change Request’.
Step 3: You have to select ‘Acknowledgement Number’ and enter it. After that, enter the captcha code and click on ‘Submit’. You can see the status of the PAN application on the screen.
PAN card status on UTI website
Step 1: First go to the UTIITSL website and click on the ‘Track PAN Card’ tab.
Step 2: In the next step, you have to enter the Application or Coupon number, and the date of birth and click on ‘Search’. You can see the status of the PAN application.
How to check PAN status without acknowledgement number
Step 1: Visit the TIN-NSDL website and choose ‘PAN – New/Change Request’ in the ‘Application Type’ section.
Step 2: Select the Name section and enter your name and Date of Birth.
Step 3: Now click on the “Submit” button to get the PAN card status
