Tyson weighed in at 228.4 pounds during the weigh-ins while donning a pair of Versace briefs, as reported by news agency AFP. He didn’t speak too much before launching the slap.
“Talking’s over,” Tyson said before making his exit with members of his entourage, as quoted by AFP.

His younger opponent Jake Paul, who weighed in at 227.2 pounds, attempted to provoke the former champion by saying that he wasn’t impacted by the hit. The incident moved the audience at the venue as they were baffled with what transpired before them.

“I didn’t even feel it — he’s angry. He’s an angry little elf…cute slap buddy,” said the 27-year-old Paul.

“He must die’: Jake Paul on defeating Mike Tyson in bout

The American social media sensation pledged to give it back to Tyson during their upcoming bout on Friday night at the same venue.
“He must die,” Paul said with angst.
This will be only the second fight for the legendary Tyson after his retirement in 2005. He fought against Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition bout in Los Angeles in November 2020. The contest finished in a draw after the two fought hard for eight 2-minute rounds.
The contest of Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul, which will be streamed live on Netflix, will also consist of eight 2-minute rounds.
