2 cups Khoya (Mawa)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions for making mawa modak

Heat a non-stick pan and crumble the khoya into it. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until it softens and slightly changes color.
Add the powdered sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes together and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and saffron strands (if using) for flavor.

Instructions for making malai peda

Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Add the condensed milk and mix well with the roasted milk powder.
Pour in the milk and stir continuously to form a smooth mixture, ensuring no lumps.
