New Delhi: Arsenal will host holders Manchester United in the FA Cup third-round which will be played on 11 January at Emirates Stadium. The meeting will mark the two most successful clubs locking horns with each other as United have won the cup record 13th time while Arsenal have lifted the last of their record 14 trophies in 2020.
Audible groans echoed through Old Trafford as the Red Devils who defeated Manchester City in May were drawn against Gunners for the third round.

Premier League leaders Liverpool will host League Two Accrington Stanley at Anfield while 2023 winners Manchester City will host fourth-tier Salford which is owned by United’s ‘Class of 92’ including David Beckham, the Neville brothers, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, and Nicky Butt.
The lowest-ranked and the only non-league club remaining in the competition Tamworth will host Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs as a reward for their victory over League One side Burton Albino on penalty shootout.
Chelsea are set to host League Two’s bottom club Morecambe while their fellow fourth-tier strugglers Bromley will face Newcastle United at St James’ Park. While Everton’s full-back Ashley Young, 39, might face an unforgettable matchup against his 18-year-old son Tyler, following the Toffees’ draw against Peterborough at home.
The former England international posted on X that dreams might come true.
