New Delhi: DIY was crowned as the new Tag Team Champions at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota on December 6, Saturday. DIY defeated Motor City Machine Guns and became the new WWE Tag Team Champion. The match started with Ciampa from the DIY team attacking Sabin and dragging him.
Alex fought back but Ciampa tagged his partner and both teamed up against Alex. Ciampa tagged himself back which engaged a heated argument in the ring between DIY members. Meanwhile, Alex tagged his partner Sabin and Sabin hit a super kick to Ciampa.
DIY were dominating the match but Ciampa tried to attack Alex with a big boot, which Alex ducked and Ciampa hit Gargano by mistake and both members of DIY were down in the ring.
Sabin kicked Gargano’s face and then climbed up to the top rope and grabbed him to throw in the ring. Ciampa and Gargano again started a disagreement in the ring and Alex took advantage of the situation and hit Gargano but Gargano gave a low blow to Sabin.
The referee didn’t see the move and Gargano hit a super kick to Alex and then tagged his partner and hit their signature move Meet in the middle and won the match. DIY became the new WWE Tag Team Champion. DIY also turned heel in WWE and it will be a interesting move by WWE to turned DIY as heel.
In the main event of the night WWE Undisputed champion Cody Rhodes battle out against Chad Cable. It was not a title match. Gable went for the leg lock straight away but Cody kicked him hard. Rhodes dominated the match and easily defeated Gable via pinfall.
