Recently, Kohli, who’s busy preparing for the third Test match against Australia in Brisbane, caught up with one of his ardent fans who travelled from India to Adelaide to see his superstar play. The fan, by the name Shobhit Virmani on social media site Instagram, travelled 10279 kilometres all the way from Dehradun to Adelaide to meet and see Kohli play in Australia.

Virmani, later took to his social media handle to share the pictures of his amazing meet up with his idol Virat Kohli. Apart from sharing pictures, he also wrote a heartfelt note after meeting his favourite player. “When I was travelling from Dehradun to Delhi I was thinking will this tour be memorable for me, if I met Virat Kohli in Australia. But I would have never imagined the way players and the team treated me.”

Big task for Kohli at The Gabba
For Virat Kohli, it will be a big task to prove his might in the crucial Test match at the Gabba starting from December 14. Apart from a century in the series opener at Perth, Kohli failed in both the innings at Adelaide, failing to capitalise on his form that he had regained in the series opener. Shubman Gill, at the pre-match press conference said that batters need to show up and it will be crucial for Team India that star players like Kohli and Rohit Sharma play well.
