WPL auction 2025: Complete squad list of all five teams

New Delhi: Indian women’s three uncapped players made history in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) mini-auction 2025 as three uncapped Indian women sold for more than one crore in the WPL mini-auction 2025. Simran Sheikh became the second most expensive uncapped player in the WPL auction history. She was bought by Gujarat Giants for Rs 1.90 crore.

Mumbai Indians signed 16-year-old G Kamalini for Rs 1.60 crore and Prema Rawat was picked up by Royal Challengers Bengaluru for a whopping price of Rs 1.20 crore in the auction.

Gujarat Giants

Gujarat Giants had the biggest purse coming into the WPL auction and they bagged two most expensive players in the WPL 2025 auction. Giants bought Deandra Dottin for Rs 1.70 crore and Simran for Rs 1.90 crore.

Giants also added Danielle Gibson and Prakashika Naik in the auction on their base price.

Ashleigh Gardner, Beth Mooney (c), Dayalan Hemalatha, Harleen Deol, Laura Wolvaardt, Shabnam Shakil, Tanuja Kanwer, Phoebe Litchfield, Meghna Singh, Kashvee Gautam, Priya Mishra, Mannat Kashyap, Bharti Fulmali, Sayali Satghare, Simran Sheikh, Deandra Dottin, Danielle Gibson and Prakashika Naik.

Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians signed a 16-year-old girl G Kamalini in the auction. Apart from her, Mumbai added three more players to their squad, Nadine de Klerk for Rs 30 lakh, Sanskriti Gupta for Rs 10 lakh, and Akshita Maheshwari for Rs 20 lakh.

UP Warriorz

UP Warriorz signed three players in the auction and bought them at their base price. Australian spinner Alana King, Kranti Goud, and Arushi Goel were picked up by Warriorz.

The defending champion bagged Prema Rawat for Rs 1.20 crore in the auction. RCB also signed three players in their base price Raghvi Bisht, Jagravi Pawar, and Joshitha VJ.
