New Delhi: DAM Capital Advisors IPO will open for subscription on Thursday, December 19 and close on December 23, 2024. A day ahead of the launch of its initial share-sale for public subscription, the company raised Rs 251 crore from anchor investors. Anchor investors included, Nippon India Mutual Fund (MF), HDFC, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, HSBC, Societe Generale, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, MF, and Kotak MF.
As per the circular on BSE website, DAM Capital allotted 88.86 lakh shares to 33 funds at Rs 283 apiece. The DAM IPO has a price band of Rs 269-283 per share. The public offer is a book built issue of Rs 840.25 crore, solely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 2.97 crore equity shares.
Promoter Dharmesh Anil Mehta, investors RBL Bank, Easyaccess Financial Services, Narotam Satyanarayan Sekhsaria and Multiples Alternate Asset Management are selling their shares in the OFS. The entire proceeds of DAM Capital IPO will go directly to the selling shareholder, rather than to the company.

According to investorgain, the DAM Capital Advisors IPO GMP was recorded at Rs 148 on December 19, 2024 early morning. At this level, grey market premium price indicated a listing price of Rs 431 and an expected listing gain of 52.30 per cent.
