New Delhi: India’s star batter Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma enjoyed a Christmas breakfast at a cafe in Melbourne on Wednesday, December 25. Kohli is currently on the tour of Australia as part of the Indian squad and Anushka is also accompanying him on the tour.
Ahead of the Boxing Day test, the former Indian captain and his wife were spotted spending time together in the city. In a video going viral on social media, the couple were seen walking on the street in Melbourne. His wife has been with him from the start of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and was present in Perth when he scored a century at the Optus Stadium.

The couple also enjoyed a Christmas breakfast in a cafe in Melbourne. The cafe expressed their gratitude to the star Indian batter and shared how he stepped into the kitchen to thank the chefs and also clicked photos with them.
“This morning, while we were still debating whether to keep our cafe open on a public holiday, little did we know we were about to have the surreal experience of serving King @virat.kohli @anushkasharma, and the family at our little cafe,” the cafe said in an Instagram post.
Virat Kohli aims to regain form in Boxing Day Test
The Border-Gavaskar Trophy is still levelled at 1-1 after the three Test matches. Team India needs to win the remaining two matches to qualify for the final of the World Test Championship (WTC). Kohli scored a century in the second innings of the opening Test but struggled to score runs in the next two games. He has scored just 126 runs in five innings so far and the team and fans will be hoping the star batter to fire at the MCG.
