According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, Howie will take over as non-executive chairman of the $1 trillion worth Berkshire Hathaway from Warren Buffett. According to the report, if there was a delay in Warren Buffet in naming his successor, it was to ensure that he chose someone who would be able to manage the vast investments of £8.2 trillion in a way that would be similar to his own style of functioning.
