New Delhi: Odyssey Jones who worked with WWE until he was removed from the organisation last year. He made his debut in 2019 and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
His fights inside the ring have been affected by injuries and now he has been taken out of the WWE after his former partner accused him of physical abuse but the WWE star denied all the accusations. Now this case has taken yet another turn.
Odyssey Jones’ partner comes forward with more details against him
The WWE superstar was accused by his ex-partner of physical abuse in May 2024 after which WWE removed him from the roster. After the accusation’s claims were made public, Jones came forward with a statement and said that he would be taking legal action against everyone who laid these false claims against him. Jones’ ex-partner, who wishes to remain unidentified, has come forward with more details about his abusive nature.
“He got upset over me texting someone else and started throwing me around along with household items and my personal belongings” the woman said in an interview with POST Wrestling.
His relationship with his partner has been full of ups and downs since the starting. As per the source, they started dating in 2017 and separated a year later. He filed a protective order against her, which was granted.
“She believed I interacted inappropriately with another female. She became increasingly more irate and started punching, slapping and kicking me. She was screaming at me the whole time. I attempted to defend myself from her attack by hugging her arms to her side” Jones said.
But she has filed charges against the former WWE star this time. “Omari twisted the story to benefit him and told his lawyer a bunch of lies which clearly not backed by evidence” She told the POST.
