Union Budget 2025 LIVE Streaming, FM Nirmala Sitharaman Speech Live Updates: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for the fiscal year 2025-26 on Saturday, February 1, at 11 am in Lok Sabha. The budget session of Parliament began on January 31 with a speech by President Droupadi Murmu. The session is divided into two parts — the first runs from January 31 to February 13, and the second will begin on March 10 and end on April 4.
On January 31, Sitharaman also presented the economic survey, which projects India’s GDP growth to be between 6.3% and 6.8%. The Budget is expected to focus more on agriculture and may introduce tax reforms, including phasing out the old tax regime and potentially offering zero income tax for those earning less than Rs 10 lakh per year, although this has not been confirmed.
