New Delhi: Jeet Adani, the younger son of billionaire Gautam Adani, is set to tie the knot with his fiancée, Diva Shah, in an intimate wedding ceremony on 7 February 2025. Although it will be a low-key affair, the wedding has still sparked significant interest and discussions on social media. Gautam Adani, India’s second-richest man, previously addressed rumours about international pop star Taylor Swift performing at the event, firmly denying such claims.
He emphasised that the wedding would be a simple and traditional celebration, reflecting the family’s modest lifestyle. Speaking to reporters last month during his visit to MahaKumbh 2025, he mentioned that Jeet’s wedding would be conducted in a traditional manner, keeping it a private and close-knit occasion.

Jeet Adani, who serves as the Director of Adani Airports, is the younger son of Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group. He is engaged to Diva Shah, the daughter of well-known diamond merchant Jaimin Shah. The couple is set to marry in Ahmedabad on 7 February 2025.
Ahead of the wedding, various pre-wedding celebrations will take place at Shantivan, the grand and luxurious residence of the Adani family in Ahmedabad. This sprawling mansion will serve as the venue for traditional ceremonies and gatherings leading up to the big day.
The main wedding ceremonies will be held at Shantigram, the Adani township in Ahmedabad, which will be adorned with magnificent décor and lighting to create a glamorous setting for the occasion. While the wedding date is confirmed, the muhurat has not been disclosed by the family for privacy and security reasons.

Jeet Adani, a supporter of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), is incorporating this cause into his wedding celebrations. As part of this initiative, representatives from various NGOs and skilled artisans will also be present at the event. For the occasion, the NGO Family of Disabled has crafted beautifully painted glassware, plates, and accessories, adding a meaningful touch to the festivities.
Guests attending the wedding will receive exquisite handwoven Paithani sarees as return gifts. These sarees have been meticulously crafted by a team of 400 skilled artisans, ensuring their intricate designs and rich heritage are preserved.
The sarees are being specially sourced from Jagdish Ji Shankari Paithani Sarees, a renowned establishment based in Nashik known for its traditional craftsmanship. This thoughtful gesture not only adds a cultural touch to the wedding celebrations but also highlights the artistry and dedication of the weavers who have worked tirelessly to create these beautiful sarees.
