Instructions to prepare:

  1. Mix besan, water, onion, tomato, green chilli, turmeric, cumin, and salt in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan, spread a ladle of batter like a pancake, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney or curd.

Poha

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup poha
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse poha under water and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, peanuts, and green chilli. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped onions and cook.
  4. Add turmeric, salt, and sugar.
  5. Mix in the poha and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
