  • 2 tbsp sev

  • 2 tbsp nylon boondi (optional)

  • 1 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander chutney)

  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney (imli chutney)

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • Salt, to taste

  • Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon juice, to taste

Method:

  1. In a serving tray or plate, arrange the biscuits.

  2. Top each biscuit with a small amount of boiled potato, chopped onion, and tomato.

  3. On top of it, drizzle a little green chutney and tamarind chutney on each of them.

  4. From the top, sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and chopped green chillies (if using).

  5. Add a plentiful amount of sev and boondi on top.

  6. Squeeze some lemon juice for some extra tanginess and garnish with fresh coriander.
