  • 2 cups (570 g) Yoghurt or Greek yoghurt – Provides moisture and helps with leavening
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Vegetable oil – Ensures a soft and moist texture
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Milk – Warmed for better incorporation into the batter
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla
  • ½ cup (50 g) chopped almonds
