Polish climber, Banot was stopped moments before he almost reached the top of the Globant Tower.
As spectators gathered around Globant Tower looking at the breath taking incident, Marcin Banot wearing an Argentine football jersey was stopped at the 25th floor of the Globant tower.
The head of the local government of Buenos Aires, Jorge Macri, wrote on X that he would request that the prosecutor’s office order Marcin to pay for the action carried out by the services.

Jorge Macri, wrote, ‘Once again, the professionalism and quick actions of the Special Rescue Group (GER) and all the City’s public security teams were demonstrated. “The climber” is already detained and we will ask the Justice Department to order him to pay for the entire operation. Neighbors do not have to bear the cost of their recklessness.’
Officials congratulated the Special Rescue Group (GER) and the entire public security system of the City for the efficiency in the rescue of the Polish citizen who was climbing in Puerto Madero.
