Jersey: King Charles III and his wife, Queen Camilla Parker were attending an event in Jersey when they were rushed to safety amid a security scare.
The King of United Kingdom and his better half were taken to a hotel nearby, however, they returned to the event after a thorough check was done.
Security Scare For King Charles-Queen Camilla
On Monday afternoon, the King and the Queen were enjoying the first day of their Channel Islands Tour when they were rushed to a nearby hotel, Pomme d’Or by a member of the royal contingent.
Queen Camilla was eating about to eat an ice-cream when the potential threat was whispered to her in her ear; she was immediately escorted.
Security Threat Was A False Alarm
After the King and the Queen were escorted out safely, an investigation was conducted by the royal security team.
It was established that the threat was nothing but a ‘false alarm’ and that everything was fine.
Shortly after that, the event was resumed.

The Buckingham Palace confirmed the same, saying that the British monarch’s letter, the contents of which have not been disclosed by the palace, was delivered to Trump by the UK Embassy in Washington DC.
