New Delhi: As the world came to a grounding halt after Microsoft outage was reported globally, Billionaire businessman Elon Musk took a jibe at the tech giant by reposting one old his old tweets that read “Macrohard >> Microsoft(sic).”
He reposted his old cryptic tweet from 2021 with an ellipsis in the caption.
In another tweet he posted a laughing emoji on a meme shared by a user who claimed that all everything else was down but X was woking fine.
“Everything else is down, this app still works(sic), the X user wrote.
Musk’s reaction came as a major disruption in the tech giant’s cloud services led to widespread flight delays across the globe and impacted several businesses, banks and share markets.
What Led to The Windows Global Outage?
Microsoft has reported a global outage as users across the world are facing the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) error which has suddenly shut their systems. In a statement, Microsoft has said that an investigation is underway but it has been identified that a recent CrowdStrike update is the reason behind this widespread issue. According to the tech giant, the preliminary cause of this outage is a ‘configuration change’ in a part of the Azure backend workloads.
