This was the starting phase of the season, Bulls were dominating the match as they all-out Thalaivas in the first seven minutes. Their skipper Ajay Thakur was leading his side well in the first half. K. Prapanjan took the responsibility on his shoulders for Thalaivas’s side and cashed some important points in the match.
Bulls were leading 28-15 with the last 10 minutes of the match left, from this point, the momentum started to shift from Bulls to Thalaivas as they all-out Bulls and gave them the confidence to bounce back in the match. In the second last raid of the match, Prapanjan made a point in the do-or-die raid and the Bulls star raider went to the last raid and used his experience and make an empty raid and took his side to a memorable win by 32-31.
