New Delhi: Boxing legend Mike Tyson is set to face Jake Paul a multi-talented youngster who enjoyed big success as a YouTuber before shifting focus to pro boxing. The AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas will host the highly anticipated clash between Tyson and Paul. More than 75,000 fans are expected to attend the fight.

There is no belt or title on offer but the winner will get a cash prize of 40 million dollars. The result of this match will go into the professional records of both Tyson and Paul as Texas boxing officials have approved the match. Mike Tyson was last in action against Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition match four years back but has not featured in any sanctioned bout since 2005.

Tyson was the youngest to become a World Heavyweight Champion at the age of 20. He was defeated by British champion Lennox Lewis in his last title match in 2002. Jake Paul began his boxing career in 2018. He has more than 20 million subscribers on YouTube and has previously fought against Tyson Fury’s half-brother Tommy Fury. How many fights Mike Tyson and Jake Paul have won?

Tyson has a record of 50-6 with 44 knockouts. He won 37 fights at the start of his career before his first loss. Tyson’s last competitive fight was in June 2005 against Kevin McBride. Jake Paul holds a record of 10-1 with seven knockouts in his career. His only loss came against Tommy Fury in February 2023 due to a split decision.

Paul’s most recent match was against Mike Perry on July 20, 2024. He won the fight by sixth-round TKO. The original date for the fight was on July 20 but the former World Heavyweight Champion suffered an ulcer flareup, forcing the event to be pushed back.
