Sabarimala online booking 2024: Here’s how to book Darshan ticket via Virtual Q?

Sabarimala: The Sanctum Sanctorum at Sabarimala Temple will open at 4 pm on Friday for the holy season. The Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) has opened a virtual queue for Sabarimala Temple pilgrims, allowing them to book their darshan online. Read on to know to how book ticket for Virtual Q online.

Around 80,000 pilgrims are anticipated to visit the temple daily. Of these, approximately 70,000 will have pre-registered via the virtual queue system, while the remaining 10,000 can make on-the-spot bookings.

Sabarimala Devaswom Board President, PS Prashanth, has announced the schedule for the pilgrims. Darshan will be available from 3 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm each day.

“We appeal to all devotees to follow the rules and protocols that has been laid out. Also we appeal to all devotees to carry a copy of the Aadhaar card along with them which is mandatory”, Prashanth, Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) president, said.

Here’s how to book Sabrimala Temple darshan ticket online:

Visit https://sabarimala.kerala.gov.in/.
Log in using your phone number and email.
If it’s your first time registering, you will need to create a new user ID.
You will receive an OTP for verification.
Enter your name, address, mobile number and details of your ID proof.
Provide a valid government ID, such as your Aadhaar card, Voter ID or Passport.
Click the “Continue” button to proceed.
An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number.
Use the OTP to verify your account.
Click on Virtual Q to book Sabrimala darshan ticket.
Select the date, route and time slot for your Sabrimala Temple visit.
Press the submit button to confirm your Sabarimala Virtual Q ticket booking.
Virtual-Q tickets are not necessary for children under 5 years old.

The Sabarimala Temple has reduced its daily darshan (viewing) hours to 18, aiming to improve crowd management during the pilgrimage season.
