New Delhi: German sports manufacturer giant Adidas on Thursday has launched its new wear featuring Indian Test and ODI skipper Rohit Sharma. The new Adidas ZNE collection, which is said to give comfort along with crafted style, is donned by the Indian skipper.
Rohit, who has been in partnership with the European sports manufacture brand since 2013, was seen in a stylish white hoodie while also wearing another white t-shirt inside it. The track pant completes an-all-white look with the Indian veteran smiling to display soothing vibes among his followers. All three clothing outfits featured the trademark contrasting three paralle black stripes on it.

It should also be noted that Adidas is also the official kit sponsor of the Indian cricket teams (both men and women). In May 2023, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCC) announced a multi-year deal with the global sportswear brand. The contract was signed till March 2028, where Adidas will design and manufacture jerseys, kits and other merchandise for India’s Men’s, Women’s, and U-19 teams.
Rohit was first made the brand ambassador of the sporting brand in 2013. In March 2019, the Germany-based firm decided to extend the partnership. The sportsbrand and the firm has launched various campaigns in a decade to display how youngsters are valued by Adidas in India.
Rohit Sharma kicks off preparations for Bangladesh Test series
Rohit Sharma won’t be part of the upcoming Duleep Trophy 2024, which is India’s domestic season curtain raiser. But the Indian captain has started his preparations for the two-match Test series against Bangladesh on home soil, scheduled to start on September 19 in Chennai.
In a recent video surfaced on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), Rohit was seen with India’s newly-appointed batting coach Abhishek Nayar in a possible training session.
