Adult website makes lucrative offer to French pole vaulter after his Paris Olympic bulge mishap

New Delhi: French pole vaulter Anthony Ammirati suffered an embarrassing moment at the Paris Olympics 2024 during his qualification round of the men’s event on Saturday. When he was up in action, he did make a great jump but couldn’t save his crotch from touching the crossbar, which restricted his progress into the final of the event. But… people were quick enough to notice the reason due to which he couldn’t make it any further.

The internet was flooded with memes about him as fans couldn’t control their laughter over the awkward moment the Ammirati had gone through. The video of the incident spread like wildfire and it has reportedly come to the notice of an adult entertainment website as well which is quite interested in making Ammirati a part of themselves. The French national has reportedly been offered a staggering $250K (Rs. 2 crore approx.) to perform in a “60-minute webcam show.”

As per a report in TMZ Sports, popular porn site CamSoda pitched the offer to the track and field star following the incident. CamSoda VP Daryn Parker took positives from the Olympic bulge mishap and said, “If it was up to me, I’d award you for what everyone else saw, your talent below the belt. As a lover of crotch-centric activities, I’d love to offer you up to $250,000 in exchange for a 60-minute webcam show, in which you show off your goods, minus the crossbar, of course,” as quoted by TMZ Sports.

Ammirati disappointed

After the conclusion of the event, Ammirati expressed disappointment at not reaching to the final saying, “It’s a big disappointment. I’m a bit gutted. The conditions were good. It’s the first time I’ve started a competition without any stress. As I was a total outsider, I only had one goal – to play with the crowd. I was almost there.” The 21-year-old Frenchmen finished 12th in the qualification standings with a height of 5.60 metres in the 15-member Group A event where the top 10 qualified for the final.
